General Usage (For-profit, events, etc.) / $40 per hour

501(c)3 / Individual Artists / $25 per hour

BIPOC / College Students / $20 per hour

If you’re renting space through Threads, please be aware there is an additional 10% charge above the regular base rate for renters who charge fees during their rental. The Rental Agreement provides more details on this. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Our 1,480 square foot space has a professional-grade speaker sound system, sprung floors, barres and mirrors, is ADA compliant, and has two gender-neutral changing rooms. Its large windows and garage door allow for an abundance of natural light and fresh air.

**NOTE: Threads Dance Project will follow State and Local guidelines regarding Covid safety. The studio is regularly cleaned, and hand sanitizer is located throughout. Masks are recommended but not required.**

Conveniently located in the Seward Neighborhood, we offer free parking and free side street parking, is a 5 minute walk from the Franklin Light Rail Station, and a 2-5 minute walk from nearest bus stops (lines 2, 9, 22, 67).

Please note, to protect our Marley flooring, we ask that all dancers remove street shoes before entering the studio.

To request space, please email nexusrentals@threadsdance.org. A nonrefundable deposit equal to one hour at the renter’s base rate is due to secure space.
