Since early August, Threads Company Dancers have been hard at work bringing Love Evolving, our 15th-anniversary retrospective, to life. Now, they’re also diving into the creation of Tell Me a Story—a new work transforming two community members’ written stories into dance.

Through Tell Me a Story, Threads invited our community to share a story that captures this moment of change and reminds us how sharing our stories can create connection, understanding, and love. Selected writers Dylan Larson and Klaus Solko entrusted their stories to Threads, and AD/ED and choreographer Karen L. Charles is now translating their words into movement.
